Coming from the corporate world I know how important it is to have a solid business plan and I get up every day with my goals and my client’s goals at Top of Mind.

For the past 12 years I have ranked in the top 10 Agents in our market as well as the Top 10 Century 21 Agents in America for Units Sold in 2021 and Top 1% amount all agents Nationwide. While I’m very proud of the results I have gotten from the hard work, time, and money invested in my marketing programs, I’m most proud of being able to create these results AND give my clients a great experience at the same time.

Buying and Selling a home is always going to have a certain amount of stress involved, and sometimes it can be a little chaotic especially in extreme markets like the one we’ve been in since late 2021. My job is to have a conversation with my clients that allows me to understand their goals, time frame for their transaction, make sure they understand the steps, and then get to work marketing their property or finding them the perfect property for their purchase.

Over the years I’ve developed out a wonderful support team that is the backbone of our excellent service record. Laura Liga has been my full time Client Care Specialist for over 12 years and she is the best!
