Blackmoor Homes for Sale - A Golf Community
A golf community found in the Murrells Inlet area of South Carolina, Blackmoor has plenty to offer. It's not as expensive as some of the highest priced golf communities in the area and still provides a great place to call home.
The Blackmoor course is a Gary Player designed golf course. It's known as one of the best in the Grand Strand area. Those living in the Blackmoor community will gain easy access to the course making is a very desirable place to live.
Real Estate in Blackmoor
Most of the homes found in Blackmoor were built by Centex homes. Some of the homes are custom and there are a few lots still available for brand new homes.
The homes found here are mainly traditional, contemporary and ranch style homes. They range from 1,600 to about 4,000 square feet with open floor plans and a wide price range. Three, four and five bedroom homes are found throughout the neighborhood. Some homes are found right on the golf courses, while all residents living here will be able to walk to the golf course and clubhouse. 
Along with the single-family homes, the community is also home to the Marcliffe Condos and Townhouses. These residences offer two and three bedroom floor plans and provide a maintenance-free lifestyle.
Things To Do
Of course, the golf course is a huge amenity for the community, but it's just the start. Blackmoor also features a clubhouse, tennis courts and a swimming pool for residents to enjoy. It's also just minutes from some of the best restaurants in Murrells Inlet found along the Marshwalk.
The neighborhood is also not far from the Inlet Square Mall and plenty of other shopping options are found close by. While the Blackmoor Golf Course is right within the community, it's also close to the Indigo Creek Golf Club, International Club of Myrtle Beach and many other golf courses.
The ocean is just about six miles from the community and just a short drive. Residents also gain easy access to Huntington Beach State Park and plenty of other top attractions throughout the Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach areas.
