A charming neighborhood offering a location filled with the beauty of Murrells Inlet, Meadows of St. Patrick is a prime location to call home. It's found right off the Highway 17 Bypass and just minutes from top attractions, beaches, golf course, and other things to do.
The location is a huge draw, but the homes are also quite nice. The community has plenty to offer and it's often found at the top of the list of many shopping for a home in the Myrtle Beach area.
It's not uncommon to find semi-custom homes in the Meadows of St. Patrick with vaulted ceilings, tray ceilings in the master suites, walk-in closets, and screened porches. Some of the homes feature very large patios.
Base floor plans range from about 1,105 to 1,875 square feet, but there are options to add on square footage through screened porches. The floor plans include three or four bedrooms with two bathrooms and a one or two-car garage. These homes come with open floor plans making the home feel a bit larger than the square footage.
This is an HOA community, but it does have one of the lower HOA fees in the area.
While the Meadows of St. Patrick doesn't offer an amenity center, it does offer a community with a less involved homeowner's association, which some buyers may prefer. There are plenty of things to do all throughout the area including plenty of water activities, such as kayaking, fishing, and boating. Many of the best restaurants are just a short drive away with plenty of the best seafood choices right at home in Murrells Inlet, which is known as the Seafood Capital of South Carolina.
The beach is just a short drive away with Huntington Beach State Park offering a great option and plenty of other beaches also easily accessible from the Meadows of St. Patrick. In addition, excellent golf courses, such as The International Club of Myrtle Beach, Indigo Creek Golf Club, and Indian Wells Golf Club are all found nearby.
Residents can also enjoy the world's largest outdoor sculpture gardens found at Brookgreen Gardens. Many other great attractions are found nearby and plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment are just a short drive away.
The Meadows of St. Patrick offers a charming community with less than 100 homes. It's a smaller community providing a quaint feel and a great location. Those seeking a quiet area to call home near Myrtle Beach may enjoy living at the Meadows of St. Patrick.
