Cypress Keyes Mediterranean-Style Homes
A community perfect for those looking to enjoy the water, Cypress Keyes is located in the Murrells Inlet area south of Myrtle Beach. This is a popular area for boaters due to the access it provides to the Intracoastal Waterway. The location offers easy access to top golf courses, beaches, and attractions.
Found off International Drive in Murrells Inlet, Cypress Keyes offers a great location for those looking to enjoy the entire Myrtle Beach area. It's surrounded by the neighborhoods of Hammock Point, Blackmoor and Creekside Cottages.
Real Estate in Cypress Keyes
Most of the homes found in Cypress Keyes are Mediterranean-style homes. It's common to find homes painted in earth tones here and incredible landscaping is very common throughout the area.
The homes found here are three and four bedroom home offering plenty of space. Prices start around $200K and go up from there with many of the homes offering affordable options for those moving to the Myrtle Beach area. Some homes may even be priced below $150K.
Things to do in Cypress Keyes
Throughout the community, there are several amenities for residents to enjoy. Cypress Keyes offers a clubhouse, swimming pool and access to the Intracoastal Waterway.
In addition, residents can enjoy a close location to Huntington State Park, the Marsh Walk, Brookgreen Gardens and many restaurants with restaurant row nearby. A bit further away, but still very close by, residents can enjoy Litchfield Beach, Prince Creek, and Pawley’s Island.
Fishing and boating are popular activities found within the area. Residents also enjoy easy access to many area golf courses and plenty of shopping options.
