A community with a desirable location, Kings Grant is located in Garden City, SC near Myrtle Beach. It's found just south of Indigo Creek and right off the 17 Bypass. The community also borders the northern section of Murrells Inlet.

Plenty of excellent golf courses are found nearby with the Indigo Creek Golf Club, Indian Wells Golf Club, and International Club of Myrtle Beach all found within minutes of Kings Grant. Many other great golf courses are also found just a short drive away.

The Marsh Walk is a short drive from the community and offers plenty of dining options. Residents can also enjoy easy access to Huntington Beach State Park and plenty of other great attractions throughout the area. Highway 17 bypass and the Garden City Connector offer an easy way to get into Myrtle Beach in about 15 minutes. Murrells Inlet is just five minutes away and both areas offer plenty more dining, entertainment, and shopping.
