Those looking to get out on a boat will enjoy easy access to the Wacca Wache Marina and public boat ramp found nearby. The Marsh Walk is also found nearby and offers excellent waterfront restaurants. Of course, the Grand Strand offers even more and it's found just 15 minutes from the Brookfield Estates.
Plenty of golf courses are found nearby with The International Club Golf Course right within the community. In addition, Golfers can enjoy the Indian Wells Golf Club and Indigo Creek Golf Club just minutes from home. Many other top area golf courses are just a short drive from the community.
The Inlet Square Mall (being remodeled as of 2026) is just a short drive from the community and provides a Planet Fitness gym and plans for new shopping options. Plenty of other shopping, dining, and entertainment options are found throughout the area and the location of the Brookfield Estates makes it easy for residents to enjoy the best Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach have to offer.
