The Beautiful Collins Glenn Neighborhood
An established community offering a prime location and plenty of wonderful homes, Collins Glenn is one of the top choices in Murrells Inlet. The community is found just outside Myrtle Beach and close enough to the beach to enjoy plenty of time in the sand and sun.
Collins Glenn provides a unique character not found in every community. It's filled with beautiful landscaping and plenty of amenities making it a great choice for those looking to relocate to the Myrtle Beach area.
Real Estate in Collins Glenn
The community of Collins Glenn was developed by Lennar Homes. Most of the homes were built between 2005 and 2006 with the idea of "everything is included" floor-plans and packages for each home.
Most of the homes here are a bit larger with three or four bedrooms. They may even sit on lots as large as an entire acre. It's not uncommon to find homes starting in the low $200,000's here and going up from there.
The homes throughout Collins Glenn have been well-kept and some even feature newer renovations.
One of the things the Collins Glenn community is known for is custom homes. Many of the homes are individualized and it can be a bit difficult to determine the home prices here due to the differences from one home to another. Those seeking a neighborhood without the cookie-cutter feel will enjoy living in Collins Glenn.
Things to do in Collins Glenn
With the community just a short drive from Myrtle Beach and the waterfront, it's easy to find plenty of things to do. Many of the best attractions are found within minutes of the community.
Residents enjoy easy access to the Wacca Wache Marina found on the Waccamaw River and the Wachesaw Plantation Club.
Plenty of golf courses are found within driving distances and the beach is just a few miles from the community. The community itself also offers plenty of amenities including a large private pond a community pool and a few nice green spaces throughout.
